Notes on the Conference
- Conference Sessions will begin at 9:00 AM on Thursday morning, February 12.
- Conference sessions will run all day Thursday and Friday; on Saturday, sessions will run all morning and the conference ends after lunch and the business meeting at approximately 1:15 PM

The following meals are included in conference registration fees:
- Thursday: lunch and afternoon break (dinner is on your own after the General Plenary Session)
- Friday: breakfast, lunch, afternoon break, and dinner
- Saturday: breakfast and lunch
