Seventeenth Annual AMTE Conference, 2013 - Hotel Information

The Seventeenth Annual Conference of the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators (AMTE) will be held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida from Thursday, January 24 through Saturday, January 26, 2013.

Please note that there are two Rosen Hotels on International Drive adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center. Our conference is at the ROSEN PLAZA HOTEL which is located across from Pointe Orlando.

The Rosen Plaza Hotel, the AMTE 2013 Conference hotel, is currently full. However, the hotel is keeping a wait list in case rooms become available, but you may want to make a reservation at a nearby hotel.

We have identified some hotels near the conference hotel that you may contact. Please note that AMTE does not have an agreement with or endorse any of these hotels and you will be paying their regular rate. All of these hotels are within 2 miles of the Rosen Plaza Hotel.

We strongly encourage you to check back with the Rosen Plaza periodically as there will likely be cancellations and rooms will become available.

The I-RIDE trolley system that runs up and down International Drive is available for transport to the Rosen Plaza. You can find information about the schedule and fares on the I-RIDE website.

The Orlando International Airport is the closest airport to the hotel. More information on transportation between the airport and the hotel will be posted later.
