Twenty-First Annual AMTE Conference Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may request a partial refund using the following refund schedule:

  • Prior to Registration deadline (November 30, 2016): $25 processing fee
  • After Registration deadline (November 30, 2016): $50 processing fee

Please note that your request for a refund must be received in writing to Tim Hendrix (hendrixt@meredith.edu) by the close of business (PST) on January 25, 2017.  After this date, no refunds can be given. This policy is necessary to cover commitments to the hotel and other conference-related expenses.

Please allow four to six weeks for your refund to be processed.
