Our 122 faculty members, together with our Friday Institute for Educational Innovation, currently have more than $54 million in active research and development grants.

We invite applications and nominations for a tenure track associate professor position in any one of the three departments in the College of Education: Educational Leadership, Policy and Human Development; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Education; and Teacher Education and Learning Sciences. The candidate must demonstrate the potential to become a scholar of distinction and high impact.

Candidate’s work should garner significant external funding and produce scholarship that can inform policy and educational changes at local, state, and national levels. The College seeks a scholar who addresses the greatest challenges facing education and the opportunities that education offers. • Candidate should have the capacity to teach doctoral-level research methods courses. • Candidate should have an active program of research that aligns with college priorities and demonstrates the capacity to become part of a program area of study in the college. • Candidate should possess strong research and teaching interests that cut across traditional areas of specialization of education and have demonstrated a commitment to advance diversity and inclusion and engage with underserved and marginalized communities.
