The American Mathematical Society (AMS) has developed a collection of activities to help graduate program leaders connect with each other and to help foster diversity in the mathematical sciences at the graduate level. It’s called paraDIGMS (Diversity in Graduate Mathematical Sciences).
They are having a kick-off virtual conference next month, Nov 20-23, hosted by IMSI (Institute for Mathematical and Statistical Innovation). There will also be ongoing activities—small working groups and a workshops series—for graduate program leaders that are described on the AMS webpage.
Interested members can reach the organizing team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or input.
