You Can Write for CITE-Math!
If your work focuses on mathematics teacher preparation or professional development involving technology, consider submitting your manuscript to Contemporary Issues in Technology and Teacher Education-Mathematics (CITE-Math). CITE-Math publishes empirical and practitioner articles that explore the intersections of technology and mathematics teacher education. The range of technologies featured in CITE–Math articles spans from those used to support teacher and preservice teacher learning (e.g., animations, online contexts, video-tagging tools) to those that help teachers learn how to integrate technology into their own instruction (e.g., graphing, geometry, and statistics applications; microworlds; frameworks for selecting or adapting technologies).
As a fully online, open-access journal without publication fees, CITE-Math offers flexibility in format and encourages creativity. Authors can embed interactive applets, videos, hyperlinks, and color graphics directly within their manuscripts. Your contributions and dedication to supporting high-quality scholarship in technology and mathematics teacher education are deeply appreciated.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss an idea for an article, don’t hesitate to reach out to either of the co-editors: Chrystal Dean (deanco@appstate.edu) and Xiangquan James Yao (xzy73@psu.edu).
