Make your plans to attend the 2027 AMTE Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland for the 31st AMTE Conference on February 11-13, 2027. The Conferences Committee is busy making arrangements for meeting spaces, planning menus, and anticipating audio/visual needs to provide opportunities for attendees to learn, share, and collaborate with one another. The conference will begin on Thursday morning and includes the annual AMTE Business Meeting.
The Call for Proposals for this year’s conference recently closed on May 18th. Similar to last year, there was an opportunity to submit to a hybrid session. There are plans to again have a few designated rooms for hybrid sessions for the entire conference. Look for more information about this in the Fall 2026 newsletter. In addition, the Program Committee received 469 proposal submissions and had over 225 volunteers to serve as reviewers! Speaker notification of acceptance is approximately August 15, 2026.
The conference site is the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland. The hotel room rate is $179 (plus taxes). The deadline for hotel reservations is Monday, January 18, 2027 or when the room block is full. Filling the rooms in our block at the conference hotel helps to reduce some of the conference expenses paid by AMTE, so please help support AMTE by staying at the conference hotel. The AMTE group block is available to book via the hotel booking link.
Conference Registration will open in August on the AMTE website. Speaker registration is required by September 30, 2026. Check the AMTE Conference Information page for the latest updates and registration deadlines.
