The Clinical Research Action Cluster of the Mathematics Teacher Education Partnership (MTEP) invites you to attend a two-day virtual conference focused on forging partnerships to transform secondary mathematics clinical experiences. Learn about the work of the Clinical Experience Research Action Cluster, and how to use modules and other protocols related to clinical experiences in methods courses, co-planning and co-teaching, and the paired placement model. Dr. Keith Leatham will serve as the keynote speaker. His research focuses on clinical experiences for secondary mathematics teacher candidates and their mentors. You will also be able to attend interactive workshops related to mentoring and equitable teaching. In addition, you will receive a $300.00 stipend for participating in the conference and sharing how you will implement what you learn from the conference. The conference will be held June 12-13, 2023. It will begin each day at 11:00 EDT and end at 5:30 EDT with two 30-minute breaks. Please register by May 31, 2023.
