The traumatic events of the weekend in Charlottesville, Virginia have given us all cause to pause and consider our roles as teachers and teacher educators to advocate for justice and equity for all, to model love not hate, to propagate peace not violence, and to provide safe spaces for all students to grow, thrive, and learn.
