Niranjon Chandra Paul
Biography
Mr. Niranjon Chandra Paul is an International Mathematics Educator and Teacher Trainer with 21 years of experience teaching Mathematics across the Cambridge, Edexcel, and IB curricula in leading international schools. He has also served as Head of Mathematics for five years, contributing significantly to curriculum development, instructional leadership, and teacher mentoring.
He is currently working at Cambridge International School in Doha, Qatar, where he teaches mathematics and leads major professional development initiatives to strengthen teaching and learning across the school.
Mr. Paul is a proud participant of the International Leaders of Education Program (ILEP) in 2018 sponsored by the U.S. State Department at Kent State University, which included an educational internship at Aurora High School. This prestigious program enhanced his expertise in instructional practices, leadership development, and global educational collaboration.
With a strong commitment to improving mathematics education, Mr. Paul has conducted numerous training sessions both in person and online for teachers across multiple schools worldwide. His work focuses on conceptual understanding, meaningful learning connections, and the effective integration of technology in mathematics classrooms.
His mission is to empower both students and educators to experience mathematics with clarity, confidence, and curiosity, and to promote teaching practices that build deep understanding rather than memorization.
