We invite qualified candidates to apply for our full-time, temporary Developmental Math Faculty position for the 2023 - 2024 Academic Year. This will be a 1-year appointment. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, student learning, assessment, and the use of technology in the delivery of instruction. They will be responsible for assessing student performance in coordination with other members of the Developmental Math department to evaluate effectiveness of teaching and student learning and will have demonstrated successful outcomes with diverse student populations. The teaching load is 15 credit hours per semester.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field with at least 18 credit hours in graduate mathematics coursework is required. Preferred candidates will have teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to . Preferred candidates will embrace the use of technology in teaching and will maintain the highest possible standards in classroom instruction, management, and assessment.
