Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is hosting an Instructional Job Fair on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 9:00a.m. until 12:00 p.m. This is an opportunity for candidates to meet with division and school representatives from each of our six regions. FCPS, is one of the largest school divisions in the nation and is located in the Washington, DC region. We serve a diverse student population of more than 183,000 students in grades prekindergarten through 12, speaking over 200 languages. Teacher salaries range up to $131K, and we offer two pensions that are vested after 5 years. We are seeking enthusiastic educators who strive to collaborate to get the best out of our students, their supporters and our division colleagues.
