Middle School Math Teacher

The Avery Coonley School is seeking an experienced, dynamic, student-centered middle school math teacher. The candidate will be skilled in developing students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills and will employ a variety of instructional strategies to ensure that all students are challenged to progress toward mastery of complex concepts. Experience with honors-level Algebra I and Geometry is required, and experience with STEAM curriculum is also preferred. The candidate must be able to integrate technology in a one-to-one classroom environment. In addition, this person will sponsor a math club and will assist in developing a dynamic math curriculum.
