At a Glance

  1. Conference sessions begin at 9:00 AM on Thursday.
  2. The Thursday plenary session will be the first session in the morning at 9 AM.
  3. Conference sessions run all day Thursday and Friday.
  4. Saturday sessions run all morning.
  5. The conference ends around 1:15 PM on Saturday after the lunch/business meeting.
  6. The following meals are included in the conference registration fee:
    • Thursday: Lunch and afternoon break (dinner is on your own)
    • Friday:  Breakfast, lunch, afternoon break, and dinner
    • Saturday:  Breakfast and lunch

Marilyn E. Strutchens

Marilyn E. Strutchens  is an Emily R. and Gerald S. Leischuck Endowed Professor and a Mildred Cheshire Fraley Distinguished Professor of Mathematics Education in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching at Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama; she is a past president of AMTE.

About the Conference Proposal Process

The deadline for proposals to present at the 2017 AMTE Conference was May 15, 2016. Please see the online proposal submission system to check on the status of a proposal. For more information on presentation strands and conference program, please see the Call for Proposals .
